Dill can be planted every 3 weeks in the spring and fall for continuous harvest.
For Direct Sow. As soon as the threat of freeze is gone, plant seeds 1/4" deep, 2-3 seeds per inch, in rows 12" apart. Thin if needed, a final spacing of 4" apart produces the best results.
For Transplant: Sow in individual pots, or growing trays. Sow 3-5 seeds per cell and thin to 1-2 plants each. Transplant to garden using 4" spacing in rows at least 12" apart.
Average 7-21 days to germination at 65-70°F.
